REGULATIONS AND PRACTISES

• All official communications, news, transfers and medical reports will be released via Villarreal CF’s official web site CF (www.villarrealcf.es).

• Press conferences will take place daily in the Sports City’s Press Room after the morning trainins session.

• The head coach will appear in the Press Room after each Friday’s training session (if the match was to be played on Friday, his press conference will take place on Thursday). If that day’s session takes place in El Madrigal, the press conference will be at the stadium’s Press Room.

• Each press conference will be uploaded inmediately in high definition to the official website’s audiovisual server. “Villarreal CF TV” videos will also be uploaded and available for the media freely (an email notification will be sent every time a video is uploaded).

• If there is any evening training session, the press conference will take place before the session (If two sessions take place that day, the press conference will keep its morning schedule).

• During the players’ days off there will be no press conferences.

• When the training session is private, the club will communicate the media the time they are allowed to access the session.

• All interviews and press inquiries must be directed through the Department of Communication of Villarreal CF. The directors, trainer and players will not allow any interviews without the prior consent of the club and for that reason are not obliged to make appearances or receive telephone calls without prior authorisation that can be obtained either online at ( Esta dirección electrónica esta protegida contra spam bots.
